How to manage stoplist?

Stoplist is an internal database of known fraudsters designed to increase security. It automatically adds individuals who attempt to utilize stolen or fabricated data. The list is fully customizable, and you can easily remove or include new individuals.

Overview

  • Biometric & document data can be added to stoplist per account → sub-account via:

    • Identification details → Fraud checks section → Facial biometrics toggle Off → On

    • Identification details → Fraud checks section → Document data toggle Off → On

  • Biometric & document data can be removed from stoplist per account → sub-account via:

    • Identification details → Fraud checks section → Facial biometrics toggle On → Off

    • Identification details → Fraud checks section → Document data toggle On → Off

    • Identification page → Stoplist page → (trash bin) icon

  • Biometric & document data items added to stoplist per account → sub-account can be found:

    • Identification page → Stoplist page

  • Checks related to biometric & document stoplist can be found:

    • Identification details → Fraud checks section

  • Please note that biometric stoplist currently supports a selfie-to-selfie check, meaning both identifications (the one added to stoplist & the one to be later performed / checked against stoplist) must include a selfie.

    • Other comparison types such as document photo-to-document photo, document photo-to-selfie, and selfie-to-document photo) will be released later.

Add & remove data to / from stoplist

 

Identification details → Fraud checks section

1 - Facial biometrics toggle in the identification details' fraud checks section adds/removes the selected identification data to/from biometric stoplist.

Toggle state

Description

Off

  • Toggle state “Off” = the selected identification data is not added to biometric stoplist.

    • On click, adds the selected identification data to biometric stoplist and changes the toggle state to “On”.

Toggle will be disabled and error message shown if identification data cannot be added to biometric stoplist (i.e “Selfie photo is needed”).

On

  • Toggle state “On” = the selected identification data is added to biometric stoplist.

    • On click, removes the selected identification data from biometric stoplist and changes the toggle state to “Off”.

2 - Document data toggle in the identification details' fraud checks section adds/removes the selected identification data to/from document stoplist.

Off

  • Toggle state “Off” = the selected identification data is not added to document stoplist.

    • On click, adds the selected identification data to document stoplist and changes the toggle state to “On”.

Toggle will be disabled and error message shown if identification data cannot be added to document stoplist (i.e “Document data is needed”).

On

  • Toggle state “On” = the selected identification data is already added to document stoplist.

    • On click, removes the selected identification data from document stoplist and changes the toggle state to “Off”.

The very same remove option can be also found from:

  • Identification page → Stoplist page → (trash bin) icon

Search & filter data added to stoplist

1 - Stoplist search criteria and filters

  • Search input field is to define & search items added to stoplist based on the following search criteria:

    • Full name | full name of the person related to identification data added to stoplist

    • Added by | email address of the OS user who added the selected identification data to stoplist

    • ID | an identification ID that was used to create an item / row in stoplist

  • Filter settings include following options:

    • Date added is a single selection list of date intervals including following values:

      • Today

      • Yesterday

      • Last 7 days

      • Last 30 days

      • This Month

      • Last Month

      • Custom range | opens a calendar view with a possibility to select a custom start and end date.

    • List type reflects the type of stoplist the selected identification data was added to.

2 - Type column shows the type of the stoplist the selected identification data was added to.

3 - Added by column shows the email address of the OS user who added the selected identification data to stoplist.

4 - View button opens the identification details in new tab that was used to create an item / row in stoplist while (trash bin) icon removes the selected identification data from the stoplist (removed data will no longer be checked / compared with upcoming identifications).

By clicking (trash bin) icon, a confirmation modal appears including following buttons:

  • remove button removes the selected identification data from stoplist and “Stoplist” page.

  • cancel button closes the confirmation modal without removing the selected identification data from stoplist and “Stoplist” page.

Selected identification data is not added to biometric stoplist.

Facial biometrics found in Stoplist | VIEW

Selected identification data is added to biometric stoplist.

VIEW button opens the last matched identification in new tab.

Unable to check facial biometrics in Stoplist

Selected identification data presence in biometric stoplist cannot be checked (fails for some reason).

2 - Document stoplist check | Fraud checks section in the identification details include following info about checks related to document stoplist:

Selected identification data presence in document stoplist cannot be checked (fails for some reason).

Possible descriptions if person details were found in document stoplist:

  • Document number + DOB

  • Document number + first name

  • Document number + last name

  • Document number + personal code

  • Document number

  • Full name + DOB

  • Full name + document number

  • Full name + document number + personal code

  • Full name + personal code

  • Personal code + first name

  • Personal code + last name

  • Personal code
