Company watch

Company watch is a tool that enables monitoring external companies. Currently it works only with companies registered in (Lithuania).

Overview

Companies registered in can be added in monitoring per account → sub-account via:
- Business screening → Company search → selected company details “Main” tab → “Tools” section
- Company watch → Watched companies → Manage list → Bulk add option
Companies currently being watched can be found / removed via:
- Company watch → Watched companies page
Monitoring events can be found via:
- Company watch → Watched events page

Business screening → Company search → selected company details Main tab.

1 - Company watch tool enables to start / stop watching the selected company registered in .

By clicking Start watching button:
- the selected company will be monitored daily by default.
- the selected company will be added to Watched companies list.
- events about the selected company will appear on the Watched events page.
By clicking Stop watching button:
- the selected company will no longer be monitored.
- the selected company will be removed from Watched companies list.
- historic events about the selected company can be still found on the Watched events page.

1 - Watched companies search criteria and filter

Search input field is to define & search watched companies based on the following search criteria:
- Company name
- Company code

Filter settings include following options:
- Date added is a single selection list of date intervals including following values:
  - Today
  - Yesterday
  - Last 7 days
  - Last 30 days
  - This Month
  - Last Month
  - Custom range | opens a calendar view with a possibility to select a custom start and end date.

2 - Manage list feature allows to:

Add up to 10 companies into watchlist in one go.
Remove up to 10 companies from watchlist in one go.

3 - View button opens the selected company details (the same view as Business screening → Company search → selected company details “Main” tab).

4 - (trash bin) icon removes the selected company from the watched companies list (the selected company will no longer be monitored).

Watched events

Event types & Changed values

	VAT number	VAT number was changed to <NEW VAT NUMBER>

	Shareholder	Check statements for new info about shareholders
	Beneficial Owner	Check statements for new info about beneficial owners

1 - Watched events search criteria and filter

Search input field is to define & search watched events based on the following search criteria:
- Company name
- Company code

Filter settings include following options:
- Event date is a single selection list of date intervals including following values:
  - Today
  - Yesterday
  - Last 7 days
  - Last 30 days
  - This Month
  - Last Month
  - Custom range | opens a calendar view with a possibility to select a custom start and end date.
- Event type includes the list of watched event types linked with the descriptions displayed in “Changed value” column.
- Reviewed status allows to show only those watched events that are reviewed or not reviewed based on the toggle state in “Reviewed” column.

3 - Changed value column shows the description of the watched events including their updated / new values given / occurred during monitoring.

4 - Reviewed column includes a toggle for each monitoring event (not checked by default) to mark it as reviewed.

5 - Action column → View button opens the selected company details (the same view as Business screening → Company search → selected company details “Main” tab).

Bulk add / remove of watched companies

Bulk add

1 - Select country dropdown includes registration country that is currently always (Lithuania) by default and not possible change.

2 - Enter company codes to watch can include up to 10 company codes added to separate lines (i.e copy-pasted from Excel sheet).

3 - Add | Cancel button

By clicking Add button:
- companies entered will be monitored daily by default.
- companies entered will be added to Watched companies list.
- events about the entered companies will appear on the Watched events page.
By clicking Cancel button, a Bulk add dialog will be closed and no changes saved.

Bulk remove

1 - Select country dropdown includes registration country that is currently always (Lithuania) by default and not possible change.

2 - Enter company codes to remove can include up to 10 company codes added to separate lines (i.e copy-pasted from Excel sheet).

3 - Remove | Cancel button

By clicking Remove button:
- companies entered will be no longer monitored.
- companies entered will be removed from Watched companies list.
- historic events about the companies removed can be still found on the Watched events page.
By clicking Cancel button, a Bulk remove dialog will be closed and no changes saved.
