Dashboard

A dashboard is a visual representation of the most important information needed to achieve one or more goals, consolidated and arranged on a single screen so that information can be controlled at a glance.


The metrics reflected on the Dashboard below is sub-account based. It means if you have access to more than one account and / or sub-account then the metrics is always related to the account → sub-account selected on top-right of the page.

button helps to dive deeper and view the identifications/cards that are shown in the metric.

 

 

1 - Time range selection including following options:

  • Today

  • Previous 7 days

  • Previous 30 days

  • Previous month

  • Previous 3 months

  • Previous 6 months

  • Selected time period shows the actual dates according to value selected from “Time range” dropdown.

  • When “Refresh” button is pressed, then metrics on the dashboard will be updated according to the selected “Time range”.

  • When page itself is refreshed, then the time range will be set to default “Previous 7 days” and metrics on the dashboard will always be updated according to default time range set.


2 - Number of total active client cards (not affected by the selected time period).

3 - Number of total active business cards (not affected by the selected time period).


4 - Number of watched companies (not affected by the selected time period).


5 - Number of monitored natural clients (not affected by the selected time period). Client is considered as being monitored if he/she has at least one monitoring rule (registry) activated / set up for monitoring.


6 - Number of client cards added within the selected period.


7 - Number of client cards archived within the selected period.


8 - Number of unfinished and aborted identifications within the selected time period.


9 - Number of ID documents expiring in 2 months.

This metric is not dependent on the Dashboard time range selection but always shows the current number of ID documents used in the identification process that are expiring in the next 2 months.


10 - Average identification review time within the selected time range.


11 - Median identification review time within the selected time range.


12 - Longest identification review time within the selected time range.


13 - Average duration of identification within the selected time range.

This metric is counting the time from identification start (when user agrees the consent) until it gets completed (approved / rejected).


14 - Rejected identifications within the selected period.

  • Total number of rejected identifications within the selected time range.

  • Total number of rejected identifications split between the rejection reasons with show more / show less option that would expand / collapse the rejection reasons in list view.


15 - Media distribution within the selected period.

  • Total number of unfinished identifications within the selected time range.

  • Total number of unfinished identifications within the selected time range split by criteria.

    • Without any media

    • Without any document photos

    • With all media provided

    • Partial media provided [if only one document photo (one side) or selfie was provided]
