Client card explained

Main

 

 

 

1 - Personal data includes the information from the last approved identification and is updated automatically with every next approved identification performed by the same person. Information about Contact data can be added and updated by OS user manually.


2 - Last identification reflects the information about the last approved identification including a direct link to take you the respective identification card.


3 - Comments section is to include relevant information i.e about the steps or actions completed or to be done related to the selected client.


4 - Archive card button moves the active client card to archive. This can be used if the agreement between the client and your business was terminated / ended.


Identifications

 

1 - Identifications tab includes all the identifications (in read-only mode) performed by the same person since client card was created (including rejected identifications). The left & right arrows help you to view them without closing the client card.

Files

Files include a possibility to upload and manage custom files required or useful to related client in question.

 

1 - File name and format of every uploaded file. On click on a selected <file name.format>, the file will be downloaded into user’s device in its original format.


2 - Pencil icon next to each file name allows to rename the currently shown file name while trash bin icon allows to delete the file.


3 - Upload a document button.

On click, allows to upload multiple files at once in PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG formats and in container based formats such as ASiCe, ADoc, BDoc, EDoc.

Total size of all files per upload is 25mb.


Monitoring

 

 

1 - Monitoring tab includes the information about client card’s monitoring rules as well as the events including their updated / new values given / occurred during monitoring.


Logs

 

1 - Logs tab includes the information related to client card actions (when it was created | opened | archived | unarchived etc).
