How to monitor a person?
Monitor your user base after they have become your existing clients.

Overview
Person can be added in monitoring per account → sub-account via active Client card → Monitoring tab.
Monitoring events can be found via:
Client card list → Monitoring events page (all persons' events)
Client card → Monitoring tab (selected person’s events)
Following sources can also be added automatically per account → sub-account for every new client card created:
AML (External)
AML (Ondato)

Client card → Monitoring tab
1 - Monitoring rules section includes:
the rules (registry name & interval) currently added in monitoring for the selected person.
a possibility to add new rules and edit / delete current rules added in monitoring for the selected person.
2 - Monitoring changes / events section shows all monitoring changes / events related to the selected person sorted by Date from newest to oldest.
3 - icon would allow to edit or delete a selected rule added in monitoring.
Add a monitoring rule
1 - Select the source to monitor includes sources (depending on their availability per account → sub-account) possible to select / add in monitoring for the selected person.
2 - Monitoring settings include the interval selection for the source selected above.
3 - Required data reflects and validates the data / parameters needed per person to add a selected source in monitoring while Monitored events show what type of information will be provided from the selected source once successfully added in monitoring.
Edit / delete a monitoring rule
In monitoring rule edit mode:
1 - Currently selected interval can be changed.
2 - (trash bin) icon will delete the selected monitoring rule so it would no longer be used to monitor the selected person.
3 - Save button saves / confirms the updated interval above.
Search & filter monitoring events
1 - Monitoring events search criteria and filters
2 - Source column shows the name / description of the source that provided a respective monitoring event / changed value.
3 - Changed value column shows the description of the events including their updated / new values given / occurred during monitoring.
4 - Reviewed column includes a toggle for each monitoring event (not checked by default) to mark it as reviewed.
5 - Action column → View card button opens the client card belonging to the person related to the selected monitoring event.
View additional details about AML events
1 - View button is available next to each following “negative” monitoring event provided by AML (External) source:
On click, a modal / pop-up appears including additional details about the matched person(s).
1 - AML List reflects the number of matched persons found with a possibility to export the list in PDF format.
2 - Export button to download the selected person’s details in PDF format.
3 - Details button to open an detailed view of the selected person.
