How to search info about the company?

1 - Search criteria to easily find a relevant company / companies.

2 - View button appears in “Action” column for every company that meet the search criteria input & country selection above. On click, the selected company details will be shown.

1 - Company details section includes following info per company registration country:

2 - By clicking view map button, the location of the company “Legal address” will be shown on the map.

3 - Tools section includes following features:

• Company watch | currently available only for companies

• How to order a company report? | available for all companies

4 - Human resources section is available for companies registered in only and includes info about the number of employees and average salary (bruto).

2 - Table view of company’s finances per year.

1 - Total count of claims (sum of Plaintiff, Defendant and Third party records) as well as the count of:

• Plaintiff

• Defendant

• Third party

2 - Details of each Plaintiff, Defendant and Third party record are following:

• Court date (used to display all records from newest to oldest)

• Court

• Case no.

• Process no.

• Hearings count

• Document ID

• First hearing

• Last hearing

• Case essence

• Case outcome

3 - Case parties section is also part of details section above showing the type, company name and company code of each case party accordingly.

4 - Show more appears if there’s more than 4 case parties involved.

1 - In the Current vehicles section following details are shown for each current vehicle below:

• Vehicle category

• Model

• Ownership

• Liquidity class

• Vehicle value

2 - Total count of current vehicles and their value in total.

3 - In the Historic vehicles section following details are shown for each year and month per vehicle category:

1 - Active count reflects the total number of active seizures with following details shown for each active seizure below:

• Registration date

• Unregistration date

2 - Historic count reflects the total number of inactive seizures with following details shown for each inactive seizure below:

3 - Load more button as well as sign on the relationship scheme are shown if Country code value in Level <n> Owner company section is (Latvia) or (Estonia).

4 - Relationship scheme is to illustrate company ownership structure based on data from Level <n> Owner company section.

1 - Business registry section includes following statements per company registration country including a possibility to download them in HTML and / or PDF format:

2 - Financial statements section is available only for companies registered in (Lithuania). The number of financial statements varies per company and depends on when the company was founded etc.
