Monitor your user base after they have become your existing clients.


Table of contents


1️⃣ Overview

  • Person can be added in monitoring per account → sub-account via active Client card → Monitoring tab.

  • Monitoring events can be found via:

    • Client card list → Monitoring events page (all persons' events)

    • Client card → Monitoring tab (selected person’s events)

1 - Monitoring rules section includes:

  • the rules (registry name & interval) currently added in monitoring for the selected person.

  • a possibility to add new rules and edit / delete current rules added in monitoring for the selected person.


2 - Monitoring changes / events section shows all monitoring changes / events related to the selected person sorted by Date from newest to oldest.


3 - ✏️ icon would allow to edit or delete a selected rule added in monitoring.


2️⃣ Add a monitoring rule

Client card Monitoring tab → “Add +” button


1 - Select the register to monitor includes registries (depending on their availability per account → sub-account) possible to select / add in monitoring for the selected person.

Registry names / descriptions displayed can be following:

  • Soon to expire document

  • Lost or stolen

  • Population registry

  • Driving license

  • AML (Ondato)

  • AML (External)


2 - Monitoring settings include the interval selection for the registry selected above.

Possible options:

  • Daily | Person will be checked every day

  • Weekly | Person will be checked in every 7 days

  • Monthly | Person will be checked in every 30 days


3 - Required data reflects and validates the data / parameters needed per person to add a selected registry in monitoring while Monitored events show what type of information will be provided from the selected registry once successfully added in monitoring.

Required data:

  • (tick)<required data> for the selected client is OK to add a selected rule / registry in monitoring.

    • If all checks are good then “Add” button will be active (monitoring rule can be added).

  • (error)<required data> for the selected client is not OK to add a selected rule / registry in monitoring.

    • If at least one check fails then “Add” button will be inactive (monitoring rule cannot be added).

Monitored events:


3️⃣ Edit / delete a monitoring rule

Client card Monitoring tab → ✏️ icon


In monitoring rule edit mode:

1 - Currently selected interval can be changed.

Possible options:

  • Daily | Person will be checked every day

  • Weekly | Person will be checked in every 7 days

  • Monthly | Person will be checked in every 30 days


2 - 🚮 (trash bin) icon will delete the selected monitoring rule so it would no longer be used to monitor the selected person.


3 - Save button saves / confirms the updated interval above.


  • By pressing Archive client button, the system stops & deletes all currently started monitoring rules for the selected person.

  • If an archived client card should be re-activated, then monitoring rules must be also added / started again to continue monitoring the selected person.


4️⃣ Search & filter monitoring events

  • Search input field is to define & search monitoring events based on the criteria selected from search criteria dropdown.

    • Possible search criteria to select:

      • Full name

      • Personal code


  • Filter settings include following options:

    • Date is a single selection list of date intervals including following values:

      • Today

      • Yesterday

      • Last 7 days

      • Last 30 days

      • This Month

      • Last Month

      • Custom range | opens a calendar view with a possibility to select a custom start and end date.

    • Event type includes the list of monitoring event types linked with the descriptions displayed in “Changed value” column.

    • Reviewed status allows to show only those monitoring events that are reviewed or not reviewed based on the toggle state in “Reviewed” column.


2 - Registry column shows the name / description of the registry that provided a respective monitoring event / changed value.

Registry names / descriptions displayed can be following:

  • Soon to expire document

  • Lost or stolen

  • Population registry

  • Driving license

  • AML (Ondato)

  • AML (External)


3 - Changed value column shows the description of the events including their updated / new values given / occurred during monitoring.


4 - Reviewed column includes a toggle for each monitoring event (not checked by default) to mark it as reviewed.


5 - Action column → View card button opens the client card belonging to the person related to the selected monitoring event.


5️⃣ View additional details about AML events

1 - View button is available next to each following “negative” monitoring event provided by AML (External) registry:

  • (error) Person has a match in PEP sources

  • (error) Person has a match in sanction list

  • (error) Person has a match in adverse media

  • (error) Person has a match in regulatory enforcement lis


👇 On click, a modal / pop-up appears including additional details about the matched person(s).

1 - AML List reflects the number of matched persons found with a possibility to export the list in PDF format.


2 - Export button to download the selected person’s details in PDF format.


3 - Details button to open an detailed view of the selected person.
