How to search KYB identifications?

1 - Search input and criteria

  • Search input is an input field to define & search identifications based on the criteria selected from search criteria dropdown.

  • Possible search criteria to select:

    • Company name

    • Company code

    • Identification ID

2 - Filter settings

Possible options:

  • Date added is a single selection list of date intervals including following values:

    • Today

    • Yesterday

    • Last 7 days

    • Last 30 days

    • This Month

    • Last Month

    • Custom range

“Custom range” selection opens a calendar view with a possibility to select a custom start and end date.

  • Request status is a multiple selection list with possible values:

    • All statuses (selected by default)

    • Approved

    • Pending

    • Rejected

3 - Export button

On click, following options appear:

  • PDF (exports the list of KYB identifications in PDF format into user’s device)

  • CSV (exports the list of KYB identifications in CSV format into user’s device)

4 - Company name reflects the name of the legal entity to complete the KYB identification process.

5 - Company code reflects the registration number / code of the legal entity to complete the KYB identification process.

6 - Status

Possible statuses of the KYB identification:

  • PENDING

    • default status when the KYB form is submitted.

  • APPROVED

  • REJECTED

7 - Representatives

<n/n> in the column shows the count of “number of representatives identified” of “total number of representatives need to be identified”:

  • Number of representatives identified

The ones connected to the KYB form and have successfully completed the KYC identification process (request status = PASSED AUTO or PASSED MANUAL) or marked externally verified under KYB identification → “Representatives” tab).

  • Total number of representatives need to be identified

The ones connected to the KYB form and need to successfully complete the KYC identification process (request status = PASSED AUTO or PASSED MANUAL) or marked externally verified under KYB identification → “Representatives” tab).

8 - Action column contains “View” button for every KYB identification listed.

  • On click, the selected KYB identification details will be shown.
