How to delete a client card?

Client card can be deleted by an Admin per account → sub-account via:

Client card list page → Client card details → Three-dot menu → Delete card option
Archived page → Client card details → Three-dot menu → Delete card option

Please keep in mind that:

deleting a client card will also delete all information along with associated files and photos, comments, activity logs, and risk scores!
if client card will be deleted and new client card created for the same person then successful identifications that were attached to the deleted client card will not be attached to the new client card!

1 - Delete card option in the client card details' three-dot menu is to delete a selected client card per account → sub-account.

2 - By clicking Delete card option, following confirmation modal appears:

Delete this card?

All information along with associated files and photos, comments, activity logs, and risk scores will be deleted.

This action can not be undone!

To delete the <client’s full name> card, enter the word "DELETE" in the field below:

CANCEL | DELETE

With “DELETE” inputted correctly in the field above:

DELETE button becomes active and on click:
- the modal will be closed
- the selected client card will be deleted
- the user will be redirected to (archived) client cards list

By clicking CANCEL button, the modal will be closed and selected client card not deleted.
