1 - Personal data includes the information from the last approved identification and is updated automatically with every next approved identification performed by the same person. Information about Contact data can be added and updated manually by OS user.
2 - Last identificationreflects the information about the last approved identification including a direct link to take you the respective identification card.
3 - Comments section is to include relevant information i.e about the steps or actions completed or to be done related to the selected client.
4 - Archive card button moves the active client card to archive. This can be used if the agreement between the client and your business was terminated / ended.
