Identity Verifications (IDV) is a root resource that holds references to all other resources of a specific Identity Verification.
Identity Verification endpoints allow you to create a unique Identity Verification session and retrieve the following information:
Details and status of an Identity Verification.
Customer’s audit information.
Customer’s activity logs.
IDV resource can have the following statuses:
Status | Description | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | pending | IDV created, but the customer has not yet opened the IDV session. |
| 2 | in progress | Customer has opened the IDV URL, and the IDV completion is currently in progress. |
| 3 | completed | Customer has completed all the steps in the IDV workflow. |
| 4 | aborted | Customer has exited the IDV workflow without completing it. |
| 5 | expired | The IDV URL has expired. |
