âī¸ How to set the language for the session?
Set language through URL parameter
language
, for example?language=en-GB
Use IDV API PATCH
/v1/identity-verifications/{id}/setup
method to change the default language for a single session.
âšī¸ Additional info
Additional languages can be added upon client request.
Languages are set for each IDV setup. The default language is also set and used if the
language
parameter is not passed in the URL.For consent, if custom document text is used, the customer must provide translations for each language.
For custom forms, the customer must provide translations for each language enabled in the flow. After the initial setup of the form in English, the JSON will be provided to the customer to obtain translations for all required languages.
For both consent and form, if there are languages without corresponding translations, the content for these steps will be displayed in the default language set for the IDV flow.
